Another New plugin in SVN
On Tue, 26 Sep 2006 Álvaro Lopes commit his forst version of the cellmodem plug-in into our SVN repository. It has still some issues (No full support to change orientation, Ask for PIN” callback is being called twice when the applet is launched, ...), but he hope it will be useful for others “as it is for me” he said on the mailing list. It also includes a “testing driver” which simulates a real cellular modem.

Thunar archive plugin got 0.2
Yes, this thunar plugin was updated to a new version, wich seems to have lots of new stuff. Here what his author say about that: “This is a major release, which introduces a generic scripting interface for archivers, so the plugin can now be used with basicly every archive manager that supports the required command line parameters. Support for File Roller (the GNOME archive manager) and Ark (the KDE archive manager) is builtin. Xarchiver will include support for the archive plugin in the next release. It depends on Thunar 0.2.2 or above.”

Hi everybody. I just wanna say that currently, xfce mainteners are moving all the goodies stuff from the Berlios servers to the xfce ones. This means that the files, but also the svn repository are being moved. Also, this web site will moved to a new doku wiki powered one, located at http://goodies.xfce.org. We hope it will offer us some easiness in maintening the site, so that it will stay up to date and give more information for everyone.
